 The custom build option also allows you, the purchaser, to pay according to the building schedule (stage payments). You may choose to make a payment with the completion of foundations and another with the walls and the next with the roof etc. Completion of a property usually takes eight months to a year but according to your financial requirements we can prolong this period allowing wider gaps between the stage payments. We also introduce all our clients to an independent legal expert (English speaking, Turkish bar registered lawyer, recommended on the British Council Trustee list). They will follow through the payment process, receipts and moreover, will also deal with your ownership paperwork (such as military clearance and title deed follow up). You can simply relax and enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean climate and friendly Turkish company whilst we deal with all the aspects of building and legality.
All custom built houses also come with up to 10 years builders warranty. For peace of mind, maintenance and management options are available. So, we look after you and your property after completion. Each developer that we use has their own after sales services and can help you with every aspects of living in Turkey including furniture shopping (or you can select one of their furniture packages). Alternatively, we can arrange after sales care.
We can also help you with obtaining residency permits, opening bank accounts, receiving tax credit numbers, shopping, informing you about local activities and any other needs which may require assistance. Thus we can help you to integrate into the local laid back Turkish Mediterranean life (all these are optional support for our clients; you may decline our offer to help you in these aspects. We will provide as much assistance as you need and request from us).
